GeoVera Specialty Insurance Services, which prior to December, 2006 was named "F&G Specialty Insurance Services, Inc.", was formed in 1996 to provide claims and other insurance brokerage services for its parent, GeoVera Specialty. All surplus lines policy processing is performed by the GeoVera Specialty Insurance Services service center, including: policy issuance, endorsement processing, application of payments and retail producer support.

GeoVera Specialty Insurance Services is also our in-house claims department for GeoVera Specialty and GeoVera Insurance Company. Through GeoVera Specialty Insurance Services, we ensure that all claims receive a timely and accurate response. The staff of GeoVera Specialty Insurance Services records, processes and manages all claims data and works with independent adjusters to resolve claims.
